Ember Lou Larson is originally from the plains of South Dakota and has spent the past two decades in the Prescott area, writing and performing her unique take on progressive folk music. Ember is a progressive songwriter who gravitates toward nature-oriented themes. Her newest project, which will debut later this year, is called “Lake Francis Case.” ”

Ember is a classically trained vocalist and also holds a Master of Music degree in Music Education. As a choir director and guitar instructor, she passionately believes in the value of music education.  In addition to composing and performing as a solo artist, she is the founder and front woman of heavy indie-folk band "Lake Francis Case".

Yvil Kwyyn explores themes of love and limerence. Each song experiments with different phases in love and attachment, specifically the wanted and unwanted effects of limerence on one's psyche. This album was recorded from 2021 through 2023 in her home studio, then mixed and mastered by good friend, multi-instrumentalist and producer, Andrew Lane,

The title track is a collaboration between Ember and childhood friend, multi-instrumentalist Dan Lilly, who arranged and recorded the instrumentation.
